Next Generation IgE ALEX3 Pinpoint Your Allergy Triggers
300 Allergens in One Test
ALEX3 Get the complete picture of your allergy profile in one test. ALEX³ screens across the widest range of common allergens — from everyday foods and dust mites to pollen, pet dander, and insect venoms — so nothing gets missed.
Struggling with mystery skin rashes, persistent hay fever, or reactions to seafood or nuts? ALEX³ pinpoints exactly what’s triggering you — no more guessing.
More Comprehensive
Alex3 covers 300 Allergens with 218 molecular allergens — a significant upgrade from ALEX2’s 178 — for more precise identification of the exact proteins triggering your allergic reactions.
Pinpoint the Exact Cause to Avoid Unnecessary Avoidance
Traditional tests only look at “whole” allergens. ALEX3 uses Macroarray Nanotechnology to identify exactly which protein triggers you. It effectively distinguishes true allergies from cross-reactivity.
Individuals with wheat or nut allergies can experience a wide spectrum of reactions, ranging from mild itching to life-threatening anaphylaxis. Traditional allergy tests cannot fully determine the potential severity of these reactions.
The latest ALEX3 test addresses this by incorporating multiple high-risk molecular allergens belonging to the storage protein and ‘α-hairpinin’ families.
Stop Guessing. Avoiding What's Actually Triggering You!
Allergy Cross-Reactivity
New upgraded, highly clinically relevant molecular allergens (including alpha-gal, Der p 23, and storage proteins) enable more precise and effective differentiation between ‘true allergy‘ and ‘cross-reactivity,’ helping to avoid unnecessary dietary restrictions.
What you’ll get after the test?
- Detailed IgE antibody reactions to allergen extracts and molecular allergens.
- Allergic sensitisation profile with severity risk assessment. Precisely identifies which allergens carry the highest risk of triggering life-threatening anaphylaxis — and which are low-risk — while flagging potential cross-reactive sensitivities.
- Personalized avoidance advice from healthcare professionals

It helps identify immediate allergic reactions that may cause typical allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, itching, and rashes.
IgG Food Sensitivity Test focuses on delayed food sensitivities and provides an in-depth analysis to identify potential causes of inflammatory symptoms and chronic diseases. These may include conditions like eczema, persistent skin problems, migraines, and fatigue.

FAQs?
Allergies are abnormal reactions of the immune system that occur in response to otherwise harmless substances. Intolerances can mimic allergies (sometimes referred to as pseudo-allergy) but it does not involve the immune system.
- If you are atopic or suffering from different allergic reactions, such as eczema, rash (nasal allergy), asthma, urticaria (rubella), conjunctivitis (eye sensitivity), food allergies including anaphylactic shock, abdominal pain and diarrhea, or allergic reactions to insects, dust mites or latex
- Family history of allergy
- Plan to do the Allergen immunotherapy (applicable to the 4th generation IgE allergy test)
- Regular screening to identify underlying allergic triggers that might be contributing to your symptoms.

Please consult your medical practitioner or our staffs if you have any questions concerning taking your medicine. In general, the major concern is Immunosuppressant /steroidal drugs, because it can suppress the immune system, and thus may reduce the antibodies levels and results might be affected. Thus, it is advisable to stop taking the Immunosuppressant /steroidal drug for at least 4 weeks before taking the test. Tropical steroid is not affecting the test results in normal circumstance.
Testing and Notification of Result
No. Lactose intolerance is the inability to digest lactose, the major sugar found in milk, and is caused by a deficiency of the enzyme lactase. ApexHealth IgG Food Sensitivity Screening Test detects IgG-mediated food sensitivity caused by the specific proteins found in milk, but does not detect the lactase enzyme and, therefore, cannot diagnose lactose intolerance.
Yes, so you should be careful when introducing a new dietary regime. We can arrange follow-up dietary advice from qualified professionals to anyone who has taken the allergy test.
